LIFETIME WARRANTY + LOSS REPLACEMENT

We warrant Breakline sunglasses against manufacturers defects or accidental damage for the lifetime of the product. We warrant against loss one time. Breakline handles every repair or warranty claim directly.

Breakline will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product defect or damage claim.

In order to process a loss claim, you must have your product registered using the serial # on the warranty card. Your replacement pair will NOT have the loss warranty, but will be covered for damage. You may only make ONE claim for loss. Loss claims have a $45.00 processing fee, which includes shipping.

A standard processing fee will be charged for each warranty claim, depending on the extent of damages (damage claims, not loss claims). Your fee will range anywhere from $25-$65. Shipping costs will be included in this fee. Upon our evaluation of your damaged product, if we determine it to be caused by manufacturer’s defect, your processing fee will be waived entirely.

*This warranty program does NOT apply to our prescription lenses. The Zeiss Rx lenses are warranted, but under different terms/conditions. Any defects to your frames, however, will still be fully warranted, just as stated above.

RX LIFETIME WARRANTY

Frames
We warrant Breakline frames against manufacturer’s defects or accidental damage for the lifetime of the product. Breakline handles every repair or warranty claim directly.

Lenses
We warrant Breakline’s ZEISS Rx lenses, in Single Vision, Bi-focal, Tri-focal or Progressives, against manufacturer’s defects for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is based on the original intended use of the lenses and includes malfunction, breakage or peeling of coatings, mirrors, or polarization. Changes in your vision requirements or prescription are NOT covered under this warranty, except as outlined in the below sub-categories. Scratches and accidental damage, lab errors and non-adaptation are covered only to the extent outlined below in sub-categories.

Accidental lens damage or abuse will be handled, at the sole discretion of the Breakline Warranty Department on a case-by-case basis.

Lenses: Sub-Categories
Progressive Non-Adapt Warranty Breakline offers a one year non-adapt policy on all ZEISS Progressives. This includes a one-time remake for a period of one year post the original invoice date on the same progressive lens.

Scratch Warranty
We will honor a one-time replacement for lens scratches under normal patient use in the original frame with the original prescription within one year of the original order.

Lab Error Replacement
If within 30 days of the original invoice, the lenses fall out of industry standards (i.e. ANSI), contain a cosmetic defect or other imperfections, replacement lenses will be provided on a priority basis.

Doctor Change
We will offer a one-time replacement at no charge for all doctor changes or errors during the first 90-days of the original invoice date.
